Shipping Policy
  

• We offer Free ground USPS shipping on all orders over $200.00.

• For any order with free shipping within the United States, packages should arrive in  10 business days or less. *unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout

• Additional charge for Priority or Express service.

• Brand O' Guitar Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or any delays in shipping.

• Tracking number will be sent to the email address that was provided for the order.

• All orders ship within 2-5 business day of the order being placed.

• Processing time is estimated and is subject to change during the holiday season.

Return Policy

​

• We do not accept returns on open coffee due to its perishable nature.

• Unopened coffee can be returned within 10 days of original purchase.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once your order has been received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of an  approval or rejection of your refund. If approved then your refund will be processed & confirmation will be sent to you. Please allow a few days for this process & check with your bank to see the refund.

• Please contact us for a return authorization before returning products.

• To return your item(s), ship to; Brand O' Guitar Company C/O Day Tripper Coffee  1920 Dolgner Place Sanford, FL 32771 United States. 

• The cost of returning is at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
   

Cancellations
 

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible – usually within 48 hours. If you contact us before your order is shipped we are more than happy to Change or Cancel your order. If the order has already shipped the order can not be cancelled.
